This is a stunning, modern yet very welcoming villa on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca. The house was recently built to a very high standard, with superb interior design and furnishings and very good pool area.
The Illetas Beach is about about 5-10 minutes drive, and there are a number of famous and excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. The centre of Palma Town is also about 10 minutes drive.
The ground floor contains the open plan kitchen/dining area (with table for 10)/ lounge/ pool table, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room (suitable for wheelchair access), guest cloakroom and access to the pool.
There is a 6th bedroom on this level which has its own private entrance not accessible from the main house. A double room with en-suite bathroom and separate shower.
The next level has the TV room, go up more stairs to the Master suite opening onto the terrace and with an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and beautiful sea views. A further 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms are also on this level.
There are further outdoor dining areas with one table to seat ten and another to seat 6.
