Located in the Chianti region of Italy, south of Florence, Il Capoccio is a large property in a green oasis of olive trees and Mediterranean plants offering a luxurious Tuscan holiday.

Sleeping 22 across a main villa and annex (cottage) the property includes a ‘wellness centre’ with a heated jacuzzi, sauna and small gym. The stunning outdoor pool area also sports a jacuzzi feature, meaning plenty of opportunity for rest and relaxation. The property itself dates back over 100 years, with many original features retained amongst its modern amenities.

The property is ideally located for the best of Tuscany, with many of the most important towns and cities of the region all close by. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 2 km away, whilst Greve in Chianti offers a wider selection of shops and places to eat.

Divided over four floors, the lower ground level comprises the wellness centre, whilst the ground floor offers a large living area with working Tuscan fireplace and two kitchens, all with doors leading to the terrace for dining al fresco. There is one bedroom on this level. The first floor has six double bedded rooms and one twin bed, all individually named with their own colours and styles, one bedroom with a jacuzzi bath. The second floor has one double room in the ‘tower’, which has a wonderful panorama of the surrounding countryside.
