A stylish town centre villa, within walking distance of the town centre and sandy beaches. A great location for a holiday where you do not need the car.
Concarneau is famous for sardine fishing which has now declined to just a few boats. The most visited part is the Ville Clos, the old walled citadel that juts out into the harbour. The old houses have been converted into shops and restaurants making this a great attraction to visit. In the other direction is Foret Fouesnant with its boating marine, famous for the Vendee Globe competitor Dee Gaffrey and the adjacent Kerleven beach, which is a lovely gently shelving sandy beach. A little further along the coast is Benodet and beyond to La Torche beach famous for surfing. For the best shopping visit Quimper only about 15 minutes from the house.
