Situated in a very attractive residential area, in an elevated position with lovely views of the distant hills. Very good shops, supermarkets and restaurants at Chateauneuf 3km. Tennis and golf 4km, and horse riding 5km. The picturesque village of Valbonne is about 4km; lovely old village with a lively square of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Grasse, world famous for its perfumeries, is about 7km. Mougins is another pretty village about 10km; renowned for its excellent restaurants. The coast is about 15km and where there is a great choice of beaches, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and Cannes. Water park with rides called Marineland just outside Antibes.  From Cannes boat trips (15 mins) to the beautiful Iles de Lérins.
