Located in the countryside of Umbria in the green heart of Italy, this 264 m2 restored thick stoned tower can accommodate up to 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children). The classic style property surrounded by olive groves has a unique view across the valleys and woodlands. This medieval tower, close to villages and the Trasimeno lake offers privacy to its guests in its peaceful and serene surroundings. Local activities include cycling and hiking to discover the verdant region with its mountains, rolling green hills, forests, tumbling rivers, farming land, hiking trails, vineyards. We also recommend to rent a car (preferably a 4×4 due to the roads not being flat in the area) to get to the local olive oil, top quality ham, honey and cheese producers. For the foodies, there are local trattorias and restaurants in the nearby villages that proudly serve organic food.
Access
To reach the property – 3 kilometres on a maintained gravel country road that can be a little steep. Please note that this is not best suited for low cars.
A few metres from the car park to the property, steps to the entrance. Please note that the grounds around the property are not flat.
A complimentary shuttle service from the property to the restaurant of the estate is available every evening upon reservation (limited places available): please note that the 8-seater vehicle service is available to all the villas in the estate.
