Welcome to the beautiful Villa New Vintage with heated pool located near Pazin in Istria. This house is 1800m2 and has 3 floors accommodating 8 guests and is a great place to spend your holiday with family or friends.

Guests also have a sauna, spa room, PlayStation, Golf, Fitness room with equipment, Badminton and a playground for children. This villa is a short drive away from restaurants, coffee bars, shops, and the beach.

In the basement you will find a room with a billiard table and a wine cellar, it is a great place to spend your time playing and drinking wine in the evening.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area as well as one bedroom. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor, all rooms have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area with the heated pool is amazing for spending hot summer days. There is a fee of €250 per week for the heating of the pool in the off-season (01.10.-01.06.).

Furthermore, you can also find outdoor furniture, dining area, BBQ, and kitchen in front of the house, so if you want to grill something you have more than enough place for it.
