Managed by one of our best owners, offering unrivalled service. On a very peaceful and quiet coastline called to Cote des Legendes, little known to British tourists but well liked by the French. Super beaches and sub tropical offshore island of Batz a short boat trip from Roscoff. Local shops, bar and restaurant in Mogueriec, good shopping and leisure activities in St Pol de Leon.

Ground Floor: Entrance into the large open plan living area. Lounge area with comfortable settees, wide screen TV, DVD, Hi-fi, Wi-Fi, dining area. Open fire, wood available. Kitchen with 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the usual gadgets. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer. Patio doors to enclosed garden, door to swimming pool. South facing terrace outside pool with dining furniture, sun loungers parasol. Two ground floor twin bedrooms with in room shower and hand basin(25m² each). Separate WC. WiFi Internet

First Floor: Open tread stairs to mezzanine games room. Snooker table, pinball, music, settee. Double bedroom(160cm) with in room shower and hand basin(48m²). Bathroom with spa bath and hand basin. Separate WC.

Second Floor: Steep open tread stairs to ‘Tower’ bedroom with superb sea views(16m²), double bed(140cm), TV, easy chair.

Outside: Good sized garden with private beach! table tennis, swings.

Notes: Books, guides, DVD’s, CD’s, binoculars. Cot/high chair/baby bath. Babysitting on request. Complementary breakfast on first morning, thereafter by request. Dinner available by order on first evening, fresh fish deliveries. In fact almost anything you need – just talk to the owner. Linen changed and cleaning weekly for two weeks stays.
