Situated in a secure, gated community on the hillside, overlooking the Bay of Cannes and offering panoramic views across the Esterel mountains, this 6-bedroom villa extends to some 450 sq metres of open plan living space. Whilst retaining its traditional Provencal style, the villa was fully refurbished in 2020 and offers Cool Control air conditioning and wi-fi throughout. There are study spaces, workstations dotted throughout the villa, perfect for combining business and pleasure. The main living area is open plan in style, leading onto a stunning terracotta tiled terrace with views across to the sea. Villa La Sarriette is perfectly placed as a base for the Film Festival – close enough to get there quickly but far enough away to escape the crowds. This is the perfect place for a large family holiday or a group of adults sharing. Diving, jet-skiing, sailing, golf, tennis, riding and more are available locally. This is an ideal venue for fashion shoots and parties (up to 150 people, catering on request).
