The property has 540 m2 of space and the villa itself boasts 300 m2. The living area extends on two floors. Its interior is minimalist and simple, but very attractive. The usage of natural materials has never been so luxuriously presented. Here prevail wooden and light materials, white and beige color. Here you will feel comfortable and relaxed.

The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar. The open plan living area features comfortable sofas. Three bedrooms on the ground floor have an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with a stunning sea view.
