Aesthetically, the house recalls traditional typologies — for instance, the garden with a vista over the sea — as well as traditional materials, including cotto tiles and stone locally sourced. A contemporary influence, however, was the decision to include modern lights and contemporary textile for both the indoor and outdoor sofa area and curtains, to create the right balance between modernity and comfort. This is a chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe, blending traditional and modern Italian Architecture.

There are 50 metres to reach the house from the parking spot. There are 6 stairs to get to the main door of the house, which features 2 levels. The swimming pool is not accessed through steps.
